I left my phone in the shopping cart in the parking lot at the big store in town. I didn’t even know that I did it. I had come in the house and was doing everything else I was doing when I heard a car honk in my park in my driveway. I went out to see who it was.
It was our oldest daughter who had received a call from the finder. He explained and said he was taking it to the service desk. Since we don’t have a land line she had to come to the house to let me know.
Oh beloved, all this story to say what a blessing! Someone found my phone in the parking lot, they were an honest person, and they did the right thing. And God reminds us there are blessings all around us. Goodness and mercy follow us. God goes before and behind us and places His blessing on us.
Maybe you can’t see all the blessings. Maybe the enemy has told you that you aren’t blessed. Maybe you’ve heard someone else’s word say that it’s too late for you or God doesn’t care. But the word says what the word says is true beyond the shadow of a doubt. You are loved, cared for, cherished, and blessed. He pulls you out of the pit. He delivers you from the fowler’s snare. He walks through the valley of the shadow of death with you. He says no weapon formed against you will prosper. And more! Oh so much more!
God loves you and He’s for you! Give Him the glory and run the devil out of you mind! And live in His truth as you walk in blessings always.
