Eternal Cathedrals

I walked out of a local discount store yesterday and there on the sidewalk two employees were praying with a man. Three heads bowed. My heart was so moved by the action. I bowed in my car too. God help this man they were praying for.

Such a sacred moment and such a sacred place. Who knew it existed? An eternal cathedral right on a sidewalk. Heaven came down and joined in together with them. Ordinary people doing an extraordinary thing for the glory of God.

Oh beloved. Never discount the importance of your life. You are called. You are chosen. You are a praying dynamo whose every prayer is heard. God says to you that indeed you are useable for the Kingdom and the Glory! Stop selling yourself short. Stop wondering if He can use you. Instead ask Him for a heavenly perspective. Ask Him to take your natural life and make it supernatural. Remember the Word- the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you. The desire to encourage people is from the Lord. As you step into your heavenly calling things change. Atmospheres change. People change. Resist the lies that you aren’t equipped for the ministry. There are no unimportant servants in His realm. You are key to the Gospel. Embrace the truth that you are fit for use and desired by the King for His plans are magnificent for you.

God loves you and He’s for you. He has called you to minister on sidewalks and everywhere you go. Rejoice that He is with you as you share His live and message everywhere you go.

Matthew 5:16  Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

I Corinthians 15:58 So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.

Acts 20:24 But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus–the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.
