Going to rehab we got in one of the the same two elevators daily. One day is the first door opened that and levator was full. So I said let’s take the other one. Even so he walked right in. I got frustrated and let the door close. I took the other elevator and proceeded up. But we were separated and suddenly I realized it was not a good thing. Thankfully when I get out of the other elevator there was Danny standing with a smile on his face. We both laughed and walked into the rehab clinic together.
Oh beloved. Maybe you’re not crazy about where you are going these days. You may have even told God that he was making a wrong decision. Don’t let that get you separated from the Lord. Even when you don’t understand what he’s doing follow him. Let him do the leading. Getting frustrated with the Lord will not help your situation a bit. His plans may not seem right they could even seem crazy but they are his plans and you are better off following him. If you have gone off without him left his side and ventured out alone it’s time to return quickly.
God’s plans for you are far better than any plans you can have for yourself. Even the things that you go through that are hard or seem unfair are much better than going off on your own and making your own decisions. Look at the word of God and look at your decision and ask yourself if it is worth it.
God loves you and he is always for you. He rewards you every time you stick with him. He will reward you for seeking his face and putting your hand in his hand and saying yes to him no matter what. Rejoice that you can trust him as He leads you in His path for His Name’s sake.
