Strength Training

Strength training is one of our daily therapies. Its the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of muscles. Part of this training is to gain freedom of movement to be better and happen quicker. It is daily changes that are seen as daily exercise is done.

Oh beloved God is with you. Each time you resist the enemy you gain spiritual strength. Your faith combined with God’s Word gives you endurance for whatever situation the enemy throws at you. It’s your spiritual duty to learn strategies for combating the enemy who comes at you to kill, steal and destroy. It may not always be pleasurable but you will always gain heights in the Spirit. As you learn to stand with the whole armor of God you will see the power of the enemy weaken and become useless. All the while you will get stronger in the Lord and in the Power of His might.

God loves you and He’s for you. Many times you will be asked to stand up for the Lord and stand against the devil. You have nothing to fear as you live in the light of The Power of God in your life.

James 1:3 For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.

Colossians 1:11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all His glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need…

Ephesians 3:16 I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit.

Ephesians 6:10 A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.
