As we headed to the evening session we missed one of our turns. This required us to find an alternate route. Not merely making a block and getting back to where we were we had to travel on two different highways. Even though that creative routing cost us some time we did finally make it. Of course it helped greatly that our friends have OnStar and had someone to call for good directions in the middle of the city where we knew no routes on our own.
Oh beloved. God wants you to know this morning that you can call on Him whenever you have lost your way. When you miss His turn He will guide you back to His plan. Don’t waste time trying to find your own way or consult others for directions. He never says sorry it’s your fault. He never says too bad you’ve missed it too many times. He never refuses to help you no matter how many times. He delight in showing mercy and His mercy always triumph over judgment. When you want condemn yourself with false accusations He is saying call on Me for I love you with an everlasting love.
God loves you and because of this great live He is for you. Run to Him this very day! Re center your focus on His love and forgiveness. Seek His face and ask Him for help. And rejoice that you live forgiven as you walk in His will through His Glory and Grace!

Psalm 18:6 In my distress I called upon the LORD, And cried to my God for help; He heard my voice out of His temple, And my cry for help before Him came into His ears.
Proverbs 3:6 in all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.
Joel 2:13 Don’t tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead. Return to the LORD your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.
