This may be hard to believe but my parents never asked if I liked the house we were moving into or if I wanted to move to a new town. I simply followed my parents’ lead. They were always in charge of what happened and I just blindly trusted them. Even when it was hard they were there. I could trust that they would always be there for me.
One of the hardest moves proved to be fantastic as many new things were experienced while there that I never would have had otherwise. I am so grateful that even when I didn’t know what we were doing, I knew it would turn out fine.
Oh beloved, God wants you to know this morning that you can trust Him. You can even blindly follow Him. This is all He really asks: that you give your whole life up to Him. Sounds scary. But most things that are scary with God are actually amazing blessings in the making. He’s trustworthy. He’s faithful. He’s loyal. He’s provisional. He knows the future and therefore His lead is monumental. He is always leading you into your future with Him. Every move is a growth pattern for glory. Every decision is a step up to higher calling. Every time you hear from Him but are unsure you want to follow you can know it will be good!
The Father is not setting you up, He’s setting you forth. Christ has saved you, Holy Spirit is indwelling you and you are on a path with destiny! This is your greatest lesson –to follow Him with your whole heart. To love Him above everything and everyone else. It’s a love story of monumental proportions! And through this love story you will find strength for your weakness, joy for your sorrow, healing for your pain and purpose in your life! He will take you and as you follow Him, ordinary will become extraordinary and natural will be replaced with supernatural!
The Lord loves you and He’s for you. He’s saved you and He’s called you. Ready to go? Ready to lean on Him? Rejoice that your life is His in His wonderful plan for your life!
