Last night tornado warnings, flash floods and high winds swirled all around us. Since we were not home I had a question. what did they do when a tornado was on them? She explained that there was a storm shelter at the old house place. And she went on the tell us that their mobile home had tie downs and was inside a pole barn type shelter. Now we know about what bad weather can do. But it wasn’t long till the weather subsided and we were fine.
Oh beloved, God wants you to know there is no place of perfect safety apart from Him. You may be in a very serious situation but He has you totally protected. You can trust Him. You can lay your fears at His feet. He will take you by the hand, walk you through the storm and bring you out into a spacious place because He delights in you.
He wants you to know that your destiny is not thwarted by any of life’s storms. You aren’t being tossed around you are being strengthened in the most holy faith. This is one of those moments when your growth will amazed you and others. And breakthrough is coming just beyond the clouds.
God loves you and He’s for you. There is your proof that He will guide you, protect you, watch over you and keep you safe all the days of your life. Praise Him in the storm for you are coming out as a victorious warrior living in His marvelous light!
