You’re Not Delusional

We were discussing an upcoming deadline a friend is working on. I said “If you hurry you can have it done today!” She laughingly responded, “You’re delusional woman!” Now we have known each other over 10 years and we know how to laugh together and encourage one another. I responded, “Lots of people say that but I’ve had BIG answers to prayer!” We laughed together and it was fun.

Yet I heard God speaking encourage all who pray and seek His face.

Oh beloved, don’t worry what others say while you are in the battleground. This is your calling! You’re not shell shocked and you don’t have any kind of stress syndrome. You are not delusional! God has said pray. He said pray BIG prayers. He also said in response that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly beyond all we could ever ask or think! He said if you hit a hard spot pray in the Spirit! He says if you need something He will give it to you. He’s a good, good Father, better than the best human fathers.

It’s your new birthright to be a woman of prayer. You aren’t destined to live waiting for answers in heaven. Yes all answers will be revealed there. But Christ taught His disciples to pray “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on EARTH as it is in heaven!” He says it’s His good pleasure to give you the Kingdom!
God loves you and He’s for you! No fear as you enter into conversation with the Lord in the power of the Holy Spirit! This is an unprecedented season for you. Run and leap with joy as you walk in this unprecedented season of God’s confident hope!
Matthew 6:9-10 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven…’

Colossians 4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.

Luke 18:1 One day Jesus told His disciples a story to show that they should always pray and never give up.

Romans 12:12 Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.

About rebekahbeene

In a Women’s meeting in 1983, I went up for prayer and to see if God had “anything for me”. The woman of God who was praying for people spoke over my life. She said these words: “You will write books. You can go to the bank on it. Rivers of living water will flow from your belly…”
