There is a dense fog advisory in our area this morning. In fact it extends almost to completely cover our state. This means that visibility is greatly reduced so that seeing the road and observing what’s going on is almost impossible. It’s a time to be very careful while traveling.
Oh beloved, it’s been a rough time hasn’t it? So rough that you find yourself in a dense fog. Barely able to move about, you can hardly see if God is still with you. He is. He wants you to know this day that the fog you are in will lift. He is the One who will lift it for you. Without His touch you will remain stranded and desperate, weary and fearful. But His touch changes everything. Not only will He lift the fog, He will produce joy and fire in your heart! He’s going to cause the fog to lift because but until He does, His Word will become your fog lights. You aren’t stranded you are in a position to carry on in spite of it all. His Word is the way to see through the things you cannot navigate. Even when others about you seem to just race forward, God has set your pace for safety and rest. Admittedly you don’t understand this weather pattern, but God will use it for your good and His glory!
You are coming out, you are moving on, you are in the middle of your magnificent destiny! God has ordained you to praise Him in the dark, trust Him in the fog and remain closer to Him than ever until all lifts. This is your finest hour to see God’s hand no matter what. And then when you see the way again you will find others who need the fog to lift for them as well. Your messy weather pattern will become your climate testimony! If you will slow down and observe what’s going on, you will find that there is much blessing in the waiting. The strength you are gaining for new territory is far beyond what you can imagine. His Word will clarify everything, His Spirit will move you beyond natural barriers and into the supernatural and His wisdom, power and love will launch you into the freedom you’ve been seeking!
God loves you and He’s for you! Rest in that, rejoice in that and live in the Light of all God says about you, your destiny and your calling!
