All the Gifts of God Are Yours for FREE!

As Stella opened her presents at her birthday party, she was very happy with each gift. “I love it!” was said with much gusto. She really did love each gift. A couple of times she opened a gift and exclaimed love for it and then whispered to herself “What is it?” It was so cute. Of course rounds of applause and laughter came from the watching crowd. If anything, Stella is enthusiastic about everything. Especially birthdays! She showed the same extreme enthusiasm about the birthday cake and the party goers. We can’t believe four years have flown by as she has grown and matured but still enjoys everyday life.

Oh beloved, every good and perfect gift comes to you from the Father! His good pleasure is to give you everything you need for life and godliness. You don’t have to pay for a single gift. All the gifts of God are free to you! The gift of salvation – freely given to you because Christ paid in full so that you can enjoy complete freedom. The gift of eternal life – you’ll never have to spend another day wondering where you will end up – you will end up in heaven, securely prepared for you. Those two gifts are enough to shout “I love it!” and thank the LORD for His unspeakable gift. But there’s more. Open up the gift of fruitful living – no more living for yourself. You don’t have to worry about making life good or finding your best life – it’s all secured for you through Christ. Gift after gift – chosen just for you! Open them all! Thank the LORD for each one. Be enthusiastic and don’t worry what others think.

Just enjoy the presents God has given you and enjoy the Presence of the Holy Spirit. You might not understand all the gifts but they are present and available to meet all your needs. God withholds no good thing from you – ever. All your needs are met and all your desires are realized in God through Christ. Listen to the applause of heaven over your salvation, over your growth in Christ and over your enthusiasm for the life you have been given to live for Him! The enemy of your soul wants you to believe the gifts and callings of God are for some but not for you. But remind him that he is a lying liar. He won’t want you enjoying the gifts or walking in God’s purpose. He has come to your party to steal, kill and destroy every hope, promise, gift and calling in your life. But God has given you everything that cannot be taken from you. Don’t give in to the burden of hopelessness even when things aren’t perfect. Don’t react to worry, fear or impending doom – those aren’t gifts those are chains. Recite God’s Word over everything and defeat the lying liar with your enthusiastic praise to God for all His wonderful giftings. He’s not invited to the party of your life and He will flee as you praise the LORD with the voice of triumph!

God loves you and He’s for you! What a gift! We who are not worthy on our own have been made worthy through the gift of the Blood of the Lamb! The spotless one took all our spotted lives on so that we can live gifted, thriving, enthusiastic lives for Him! Rejoice in His presence, shout praise for His presents and give Him all the glory as you live in the bright, shiny, magnificent light of His glory and grace!

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

James 1:17 Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.

Psalm 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield; The LORD gives grace and glory; No good thing does He withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Psalm 16:11 You will make known to me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.

Romans 14:17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Psalm 92:1-2 It is good to give thanks to the LORD And to sing praises to Your name, O Most High; To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning And Your faithfulness by night.

About rebekahbeene

In a Women’s meeting in 1983, I went up for prayer and to see if God had “anything for me”. The woman of God who was praying for people spoke over my life. She said these words: “You will write books. You can go to the bank on it. Rivers of living water will flow from your belly…”
